Recipients

We share data only to the extent necessary: with hosting, e-mail and software providers, carriers and courier companies, banks and our accounting office, and with affiliated companies if they fulfil your order. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

  • Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO): https://uodo.gov.pl

Is providing data required?

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to open an account, place an order or receive an offer. We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing. We only check automatically whether a company VAT number is valid in VIES, and a manager reviews negative results.
