Do you sell to private customers?
No. The platform serves companies with a valid VAT number only.
What is the minimum order?
Modules — from 1 pallet (typically 30–36 pcs). Batteries, storage, chargers and cables — from 1 piece.
How fast do you answer project RFQs?
Within 4 working hours — the SLA timer is visible in the portal.
What warranty applies?
Manufacturer warranty: modules 12–15/25–30 years, batteries 10 years, chargers 2–3 years. Claims via the portal.
How does payment work?
100% prepayment by transfer against a proforma; 3-working-day reservation. Online payments are planned for the next version.
Do you deliver across the EU?
Yes — DDP from the Pruszków warehouse and the port of Rotterdam to your site; EXW own pick-up is available at both locations.
Are prices visible without registration?
Partly: the unit price is public, while pallet and container prices (the volume discount) are visible to logged-in companies. A B2B account is free — the VAT-ID is checked automatically in VIES.
